22nd is the first day of Fall

With Summer coming to an end,

It makes me feel a little nostalgic,

Please take a moment today to say,

A prayer and then a huge thank you

to all those that put their lives in harms way

to help others.

Remember, not to hate but to be

vigilant that it may never happen again

Share anyway you can. 

Let's not let the memory of the lives lost or maimed

be wasted. Tell the victim's families "We care".
