Although it's not unusual to see gators in my neck of the woods, this one was headed across the park road to a small pond. We stopped to give it safe passage. He stared at us for several minutes (long enough for me to get my cell camera ready) then he turned around and beat feet back into the Walshingham Lake. I managed to snap off a few stills and when I looked at them came up with this idea. I never realized there was a petrified squirrel in the lower right side. Once the gator was submerged the sqirrel wasted no time clearing the area.
